The mission of the Refuge Youth Ministry is to help youth in the Rainier Valley live complete lives by teaching them life skills and helping them grow in their relationship with God. We believe God wants us to help youth develop a life changing relationship with God, teach youth how to worship God freely, see youth connect to their family, see relationships developed and be reconciled, be a place youth can belong and help build a bridge between youth and the greater church body.

The Refuge
a place where youth can belong
Our weekly youth service meets on Thursday nights at 6:30pm at the church. Youth from the community can come hang out in the Youth Room, enjoy snacks, friendship, and be positively impacted by inspirational speakers, music, and other media designed to reach the youth of today.

Connections
connecting to God, the Bible, and culture
Meets Sunday mornings at 11:00am. Youth meet to worship and to talk about today's issues while learning what the Bible has to say about growing up as young people who want to serve God.

Bible Quiz
challenging youth academically and spiritually
Opportunity for kids and teens in grades 4th - 12th to study the Bible and use their knowledge in competition in a game show format. Practices are at 9:15am on Sunday mornings.
