Each Sunday at Rainier Avenue Church, during the 9:00AM and 11:00AM services, each person receives an ivory prayer card in the Worship Bulletin. At the end of the service, you will have the opportunity to fill out the back of the prayer card with any praises or concerns you’d like to pass on. If your prayer request is something you’d like only Pastor’s to read, there is a box to indicate that preference. If you would like the weekly prayer letter team to pray for your request during the week, you can indicate that as well. You may place your prayer card in the offering plates during the service, or hand your card to an Usher.

The prayer cards are collected each Sunday and given to a volunteer in Compassion Ministries. The volunteer compiles all requests into a prayer letter format to be sent out by email to the “weekly prayer letter team”. This team is made up of individuals and families connected to Rainier Avenue Church who are committed to praying for the requests each week.

Submit a prayer request via email
*If a prayer need comes up during the week, you can email and ask that your prayer request be added to the prayer letter. The letter is usually sent Tuesday evenings. If you email a request and the prayer letter has already been sent out, your request will be added to the prayer letter for the following week.
